I am thrilled to have been accepted onto the Food and Drink Academy I originally applied for the Food and Drink Academy with the intention of refreshing and updating the knowledge I gained nearly 20 years ago.

I have already studied for a BTEC and HND and now will also gain an NVQ Level 3 in hospitality - my main aim is to gain further knowledge within Customer Service and refresh all that I have learnt so far in my career.
